Not all clients have 20% down payments or the traditional W-2 employment that lenders require. We offer alternatives for those rebuilding credit, building down payment funds, or working non-traditional jobs that need some seasoning for conventional financing.

Whether your client wants a new home acquired on their behalf or an available Vision Properties home — we have a clear path for both.

Program A

Buyer wants us to purchase a home

We acquire the property on the client's behalf based on their criteria.

Buyer wants an available home

Client selects from a currently available Vision Properties property.
